From Humble Beginnings to a Beloved Local Restaurant

Established in 1977 by Pat Cantrell & Carol Guedry, there was one goal in mind, serve great food at a great price.

We must be doing something right! Over the last 45 years Pat's has grown to become a staple in our great little town of New Braunfels. Growing from a one room burger joint, with very few tables, to a full service restaurant with three additions for sitting.

We have seen the kids that came in with their parents turn into parents themselves and now bring their children in to enjoy the wonderful home atmosphere we have been known for, for the last 45 years.
